♦ Policy… to make you, our customers as pleased with our pricing, products and service as the law will allow.  That said, please read the legal stuff:
 

♦ Products License
Please see our License and Guarantee for a quick easy understanding of our very flexible License agreement filled with yes’s, but here are the restrictions:

• Note: Purchasing a Resellers License overcomes most of these restrictions.
• Products may not be used to build websites for businesses using one purchased template.  You must buy a new template for each website you build for others.
• Products can not be resold sold as a template set you create for resale even with a Resellers License.
• Products can not be packaged be re-packaged even with a Resellers License.
• Products can not be offered as a bonus in a membership site.
• Your product licenses can not be re-sold.
• You can not sell Resale Rights to our products… On many products we can offer you a Master Resale Rights (MRR) license for a small fee.
• You can not sell Master Resale Rights even with a Resellers License or MRR License.  On many of our products we can offer you Private Label Rights (PLR) License and this will give you the ability to sell Master Resale Rights to the products you purchase.
• You can not resell our products without a MRR or PLR License
• You can not give our products away on your website(s) even with MRR and PLR License.
• You can not resell our products through auction sites.
• eBook and digital content may not be use on websites unless the packaged license authorizes you to do so even with MRR and PLR License.
• You may NOT claim ANY of our products to be your own and while there are some products that will allow you to do this with a PLR License we do not offer this service due to possible liability issues.

♦ Support
We provide reasonable support through email exchange, but we do not teach graphics editing or programming skills.

♦ Refunds
Due to the circumstances and logistics of digital products we can not refund your purchase price, but we do guarantee our products and will fix or exchange the product with an equal or greater valued product, with every intent of making you happy that you are doing business with Your Template Store.

♦ Liability
Use of this website, its information, services, or products is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information, services, or products available meet your needs and your server's requirements.  It is to be understood we are to be held in no way responsible or liable for any losses or damage caused no matter what the circumstance. 

♦ Copyrights
All copyrights, ownerships and other rights of our products is subject to our License and Guarantee.

♦ Changes to Terms and Conditions
Any term or condition in this document may be amended at any time without notice and it will supersede any and all previous terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review this agreement whenever you use this site. Changes to this document shall be posted on our website.
